Basingstoke store ranked top for customer service
Our Basingstoke store recently came first in a customer service survey carried out by Hampshire radio station Unity 101.
As part of a wider series looking at the positive aspects of youth employment (rather than the doom-and-gloom stories of unemployment), presenter Michael Steel wanted to highlight the best examples of customer service something that has become a popular topic recently. His show, which has an estimated 58,000 listeners, surveyed 38 stores at Basingstokes Festival Place shopping centre at the end of March. Our store won extra praise for going the extra mile to help them find what they were looking for, scoring 10 out of 10 for customer service.
Nauticalia Managing Director Chris Murdoch commented This is an excellent achievement, particularly as this shop is still new and staffed with a relatively new team. It just goes to show how right we are to continue to only recruit staff who share our passion for offering, and understanding the importance of, exceptional customer service.
Well done Basingstoke!
