We operate a free 90-day returns and exchange policy.* If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or is the wrong size or colour, or is in any way not as you expected, it can be returned to our warehouse at no cost to you.
Simply call us on 01932 235550, or use our contact form, to request a returns form and postage-paid label. Alternatively, you can download our Returns Form. Enclose the form and attach the label to the parcel, and return to us free at any post office.
The item should be unused (you can open it or try it on though) and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items or earrings unless they are faulty. We aim to process all returns within 2-5 working days of receipt. If a replacement item is being sent then please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
On the rare occasion that goods develop a manufacturing fault during use and within a reasonable period (typically up to 12 months), please return the item to us and we will arrange repair. If it cannot be repaired we will replace it.
