This home weather station has a lot of features for the money: enough to make your own forecasts from scratch, or add lots of real local detail to what you see/hear on the TV/radio. The outdoor sensors are wireless (easy to mount) and include wind speed/direction, rainfall, and temperature/humidity.
The main display unit shows all that information clearly – with easy scrolling between pages - alongside barometric pressure (with 24hr history bar graph), forecast in symbol format, indoor temperature/humidity, time (radio-controlled) and moonphase.
The home weather station will also calculate the dew point and wind chill factor, often more important than real temperature. Display unit measures 7x4”, total requirement (all components) 10 AA batteries (see ref: 93195 below).
