This beautiful mechanical wall clock is handmade in England by London's last surviving traditional clock manufacturer, Comitti. It has a curl veneer mahogany case with glazed sides so you can see the movement and gridiron pendulum (made from two metals so that is compensates for temperature change automatically, giving increased accuracy). It has a Westminster chime eight day movement with silencer and sequence correction. The dial has an enamel finish with period hands. Sold brassware lacquered to prevent tarnishing. Height 23", width 9", depth 6".

A rare example of old-fashioned no-compromise British craftsmanship.
