The problem is old, but the solution has finally arrived. When the rain is doing its worst it is often accompanied by a great deal of wind. If you do risk using an umbrella, it breaks when a gust catches beneath it and then you get soaked anyway! Our windproof umbrellas (Windbrella) have a special double canopy that lets wind through from below but not rain from above. The fibreglass ribs are stronger than normal steel ones, and the canopies are long-lasting, UV resistant nylon, so they can be used as "sunbrellas" too.
The windproof umbrellas can be used by one or two people, protecting against the elements both onshore and offshore. See below for more information about the Windbrella. Colour is navy blue.
