DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) radio is catching on fast, and for good reason; it is easier to tune, there is no hiss or crackle, and there are many extra stations to choose from. Digital signals now cover 85% of the UK population (increasing all the time), and both radios can also receive standard FM transmissions.

Our classic 1950s styling combined with state-of-the-art DAB technology, including PausePlus, a special digital recording feature that allows you to put your favourite station on hold if you are interrupted (eg if the phone rings) and return to listening, exactly where you left off, when you are free again. You can also "rewind" to listen again to the shipping forecast or important news. There are stereo output and headphone sockets. The cabinet is the classic richly-toned, leathercloth-covered wooden type for which Roberts is famous, measuring 10x6x4.5".
