This is a very rare occurrence, so we have captured and preserved specially cultured oysters, each guaranteed to contain a genuine perfect spherical pearl. Part of the joy of this gift is the suspense of watching your loved one prise open the shell and discover the pearl herself.

To complete this romantic experience, we present a 9ct gold cage in which to insert the precious jewel of the sea, where it can move freely but safely as a pendant on a 16" gold Prince of Wales chain. Once the pearl is pushed into the slender ribs of the cage, its lustrous beauty can be admired to the full. And there will always be the tale to tell!

Most pearls are 5mm in diameter, but a random 10% are 7mm across and of double value!
