Flying Scotsman - The Watch You'll Enjoy Watching
94030 Flying Scotsman Watch, £195.00
Innovative, fascinating, intriguing...the Flying Scotsman from Mr Jones Watches is simply unique. Around the dial theres a rotating graphic depicting the trains journey (circa 1931) from London to Edinburgh.
So at departure time - 10am theres an image of Kings Cross, then eight and a quarter hours later (6.15pm) youll see the Scott Monument by Waverley Station.
In between, famous landmarks appear, including: York Minster and the Forth Bridge. After 6.15pm? there are scenes from the moonlit journey back to London.
Traditionally analogue in design, there are no batteries (its self-winding) or digital graphics. Instead the full-colour artwork was painted by Scottish artist and railway enthusiast Peter McDermott.
In a PVD-coated stainless steel case and mounted on a black leather strap, the Flying Scotsman is water-resistant to 5ATM.
Guaranteed for 12 months.
