Royal Worcester Fine Bone China - inspired by Lord Nelson's own Design
NOW from £3.95
The colouring, patterns and motifs of this range are inspired by an original service commissioned by Lord Nelson and Lady Emma Hamilton, made by the Chamberlain's factory in 1802. Tragically, he was never actually able to use it, because he was at sea when it was delivered, and then killed at Trafalgar before his return. It is made to the highest standards, in England, by the Royal Worcester company, established 1754. Royal Worcester Nelson SET OF PLATES - one each of the four designs shown right, from a production run limited to 2,000 sets. TRAFALGAR LIONS - shaped after the Landseer lions flanking Nelson's column, and decorated in the same style as the other items in this range. 6" long. Limited edition of 750 pairs.
