It has a high quality quartz movement includes an alarm, barometer, hygrometer, thermometer and second-hand. Mounted on a brass cradle-stand to enable it to be tilted for convenience, the easy to read dial face with roman numerals is illuminated and includes four other small dials for the extra functions. An extra brass wall mounting plate enables this ingenious clock to be fixed in every conceivable position, from the bulkhead to the deckhead, for reading upside down, sideways or flat on. Developed by the prestigious German firm, Wehrle, internationally renowned manufacturers of superior ship's clocks. The sold brass case has a brushed surface and is lacquered with clear varnish.
