Bluenose was launched in Nova Scotia in 1921, designed as a fishing boat. Her speed soon became apparent and she won virtually every classic sailing race on the US East Coast. The BLUENOSE introductory wood kit has a pre-formed wooden hull, to which you add the deck and rig, taking about 8hrs to complete - a good introduction to model building. Scale 1:135, built length 15", height 12".
