This beautiful model of HMS Victory, specially commissioned to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Lord Nelson's victory at the Battle of Trafalgar, is mounted on a solid oak plinth made from timber salvaged from HMS Victory herself. Each model comes with its own certificate of authenticity corresponding with the brass plaque as shown in the image top right. In the rigging, Nelson's pre-battle message to his men - "England Expects That Every Man Will Do His Duty" - is displayed in authentic 1805 signal flags. 10% of the proceeds from the reclaimed oak helps to ensure Victory's long term future. 18" long, 15" tall.
