Half-hulls were used by designers and shipbuilders to visualise the vessel in three dimensions, at the stage between draughting of the plans and actual building of the ship. They were often kept by the owner as prestigious decoration for the company offices/boardroom. Here we have taken the lines of HMS Victory to create a detailed portrayal of Nelson's flagship for display in pubs, yacht clubs and homes. Length 35" height 12", projection 4.5"
