The last Royal Navy daily rum ration (ending a 230 year tradition) was issued at 6 Bells in the Forenoon Watch, on 31 July 1970: “Black Tot Day”. The remaining supply then sat, virtually forgotten in bonded store, for over 40 years!

Rediscovered and re-named, Black Tot Last Consignment therefore has unique provenance and (with four extra decades to mature) has become one of the finest tasting rums ever to exist – the rum world’s equivalent of a very aged single malt whisky.

By its nature this is of course limited edition, and its qualities simply cannot be repeated. 70cl, 54% abv.
