Raced from 1934 to 1939, the Mercedes "Silver Arrow" is a Grand Prix legend. This classic caramel-coloured mohair Steiff bear, sporting cap and goggles, is obviously proud of the handcrafted wood replica in which he sits - it has lots of design detail including two-part beech and maple wheels, spoiler, external wing mirrors and glazed windscreen.
The jointed bear is 5" tall; the car is 12" long and 6" wide.
Issued as worldwide limited edition of 1500.
