Most night vision optics are monocular but if your budget allows this binocular pair is a good illustration of what (formerly secret) Soviet military spending could achieve.
The 5 times magnification, combined with the large 50mm object lenses, sucks in any light that is available; whilst in complete darkness the powerful infrared torch can illuminate at distances of up to 300ft.
We can’t say it’s like daylight, because what you see is shades of green, but the image is very strong and sharp compared with others we’ve tried in the past.
Measures 8x6x3”, supplied with tough fabric storage/carry case.
Uses one CR123 lithium battery (supplied). Made in Belarus.
