The Frontier Portable Stove and Heater was originally designed for humanitarian relief work (8,000 were recently sent to Haiti).
The Stove is portable, robust, low maintenance, and relatively cheap for what it does. It will burn almost any solid fuel and is fully controllable, right down to the point of making charcoal. These attributes make it a great camping stove or heater and, with suitable roof attachments (not supplied) it could also be used in a shed or workshop to burn off cuts and keep winter heating bills low.
The legs fold in for to make the stove portable and the flat top makes a great cooking surface. The assembled stove/heater measures overall excluding flue: 33" long x 22" wide x 20" high and comes supplied with five chimney sections extending up to 6ft above the top. Made from sheet steel with high-spec painted finish.
Weighs 22-lbs (10kg).
