Working Miniature Steam Traction Engine in Kit-form or Ready-built
NOW from £329.00
This is a very fine quality working miniature steam traction engine, typical of those built in the early 1900s by the likes of Burrell, Aveling and Fowler. Its remarkably detailed for something of this scale (1:43), beautifully made from stainless steel, and would almost be worthy of the price as a static model. But it does actually run too, using the butane gas carried behind in its tender - for about 15 minutes at a time - and with less fiddling than solid fuel models, as it features simple piezo-electric ignition.
German-made. Length 8½, width 2½, height 3.
Available ready-built (ref:98468) or in kit-form (ref:98469) where all the components are fully-machined and bagged in logical stages, ready for final assembly by you.
