Nauticalia

Made of coarse woollen cloth from Duffel, in Belgium, these coats became standard wear at sea during the war because they were warm, inexpensive and hard wearing.

Our English-made duffels are traditionally-styled, with warm hoods, two deep pockets, and a choice of wooden or horn toggles with rope loops. They have one internal pocket (5x6½") and a mobile telephone pocket. Overall length 37" (based on a 34" chest size). Made of 70% wool, 30% man-made fibre.
