Glimpse life aboard a luxury yacht and experience speed, style and exhilarating handling!  Enjoy a trip on a stylish Sunseeker Portofino 375 to discover the luxury and lifestyle of the elite.  Be seen on board soaking up the atmosphere in the Marina and spend time cruising on the Solent.  You can even take the controls to feel the breathtaking performance of this superb motor boat taking in the sights of both East and West Cowes, Isle of Wight. What happens on the day?
Your Sunseeker Yacht Experience will include the following:
   * A fully experienced skipper and crew
   * All safety equipment
   * A trip to the River Medina, Isle of Wight in a luxury
      40 foot Sunseeker Portofino 375
   * The opportunity to take the helm
   * Learn to navigate colours and direction of
      buoys, etc
   * A high speed blast in the Sunseeker

You will be met at the Banana Wharf Bar/Restaurant at Ocean Village Marina and taken to your powerboat for the day. A safety briefing will then follow. You will then depart from the marina and head towards the Isle of Wight. Then learn the ‘rules of the road’, regarding navigation, colours and direction of the buoys before the throttles are opened and the skipper demonstrates what she can do. After that take a turn at the helm to feel the power and get use to this wonderful boats handling. On reaching the mouth of the River Medina you will travel upstream, taking in the sights of both East and West Cowes; home of the world famous sailing regatta! Then it’s back down to the open water again and time to steer a course back to Southampton, with the chance once again to open the throttles for more thrills and power boating at optimum speed! If time allows, we can have a go at our always very popular ‘man overboard’ procedures (with a prop, not a guest). And finally arriving back at the marina, fully exhilarated you can now relax and reflect on your day at sea.

The experience runs on selected dates between April and October inclusive.

We recommend you book at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher.  This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.

Restrictions?
Minimum age 10 years (kindly note that under 18’s must be accompanied by a fare-paying adult). Maximum weight 16 stone.
This experience is not suitable for anyone with a serious back or heart complaint or if you are pregnant. If you have any illness or disability that may affect your participation in this experience, please discuss this with the centre before booking.  Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.

What about the weather?
This experience is weather dependent and dates may need to be rearranged due to unsuitable weather conditions. If you are not able to complete your experience due to bad weather, an alternative date will be offered to you. Please check with the supplier if you are in any doubt.
