This lightweight, self-contained portable gas heater is compact, powerful, efficient, and safe. Great for smaller boats, camping and as back-up at home in the event of a power failure, and because heaters are more likely to be left unattended than cookers, safety standards are higher. This one has both flame failure and oxygen depletion (carbon monoxide) cutouts, and as a result is the only portable gas fire to have obtained CE approval for indoor use. The output is variable up to 1.5kW (about 3.5hrs per cylinder), dissipated through a highefficiency ceramic element that generates both radiant and infra-red heat. 12.5x11x7.5".
