Stored in the handle of this pocket knife is a magnesium rod, which, when struck by the blade, produces a very big and very hot spark - reliably and best of all, even if it is wet. The knife can be opened one-handed, is excellent quality stainless steel and has an edge that is half straight and half serrated (for cutting rope etc), plus a specially-designed notch for striking (so you don't blunt the blade). The handle also includes an emergency-signalling whistle.

Great for camping, beach barbecues etc.
