Nauticalia

A versatile hanging thermometer mounted in a smart hardwood casing with brass trim. The bulb, which has been designed to extend beyond the wood so that air can circulate it more freely, is protected from breakage by a smart brass frame. Reads in Celsius and Fahrenheit. Red-stained alcohol is used as a safer (and easier-to-read) alternative to mercury.
