This Swiss army issue version has a refreshing lack of gadgets and is reassuringly heavy. It would probably survive nuclear warfare, if you were still around to confirm the wisdom of your purchase. The thick rubberised fabric is designed to be waterproof for days, even weeks, on the march, and the reinforced leather base to put up with wherever it's put down, even if that were (for some reason!) to be a bed of nails. The main compartment has a capacity of 50 litres, with a quick access pocket on the outside. The straps and buckles are also leather. Good condition, lightly used.
