Developed in France, by a specialist marine instrument company, and amazingly sophisticated for its price. For example, most units that sell for less than £100 (and many above) base their forcast entirely on changes in atmospheric pressure - this one also considers outdoor humidity and temperature to moniter the movement of air masses. And then it tells you how confident it is in its predictions (more honest than the TV weatherman!).
From the top, the displays are; alternating time (from a radio-controlled time signal) and date; eight-stage moon phase indicator; "Intelligent" forecast with confidence indicator; temperature and humidity indoors and out (from up to three external sensors, one supplied - additional sensors available, please see ref 95158 below) atmospheric pressure readout with variation arrow indicator; and 24hr varied interval (with recent history given most detail) pressure graph. Operation is straighforward, with comprehensive instructions.
Comes supplied with desk stand and adjustable angle wall mount. Display unit measures 7x4", height on stand 8". Uses four AA and three AAA-size batteries (see ref 93195 below).
