This practical 8ft pram-bow dinghy sails and rows superbly, or can be driven by a small petrol/electric motor. It can carry 3 adults rowing or 2 sailing.

The bow detaches from and nests inside the stern, requiring a space just 4ft 8" by 4ft 3" for storage, making it popular both as a yacht tender and for the back of camper vans. The hull weight is approx 100-lb and can be made with or without wood trim; the optional sailing rig sets a lugsail on an unstayed mast for quick set-up and easy sailing.

Prices: from £1,295 (glassfibre hull, minimal wood trim) up to approx £3,000 for a wood-trimmed version with sailing rig. The towbar-mount carrying platform is £300.

About Nestaway Boats - Nestaway make a unique range of sectional boats, designed for easier transport and storage.
