Making your way along the awe inspiring North Pembrokeshire coastline at sea level you’ll find yourself swimming into sea caves, climbing up through natural rock arches, flinging yourself from towering vertical rock faces, and perhaps even swimming with Atlantic grey seals!
What happens on the day?
After meeting your instructor you’ll be kitted up in a warm steamer wetsuit, buoyancy aid and a helmet. You’ll take a short minibus ride to the coastline, and then the adventure begins! Making your way along the awe inspiring North Pembrokeshire coastline at sea level you’ll find yourself swimming into sea caves, climbing up through natural rock arches, flinging yourself from towering vertical rock faces, and perhaps even swimming with Atlantic grey seals!
Whether the sea is flat, calm and reflecting the suns rays like a mirror, or raging and boiling as the waves pound the cliffs base, a superb coasteer can be guaranteed, with the emphasis on cliff jumping, wave dodging and rock traversing shifting according to the conditions; no two coasteers are ever the same.

What should I wear?
Warm casual clothing with a pair of trainers that will get wet! You will need to take your swimsuit to wear under the wetsuit that is provided. Also take a towel. Need more clothing for this activity? See our clothing range.
When?
Courses run on selected days all year round, weather permitting.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Restrictions?
Minimum age is 18.
Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness.
You must be able to fit into a wetsuit, and be a competent swimmer.
Disabled access depends on the nature of the disability please check with the centre.

The weather will not affect this activity.
