General Gough was built in 1921 and supplied new to Swales Bolesworth of Dagenham, Essex, who operated the engine for many years touring the fairgrounds of London. After the Second World War, the engine was saved from the scrapheap along with many others by Jesse Vines of Hardwick.
A number of subsequent owners restored the ‘General’ over the years, and the last extensive restoration left the engine in superb condition.

Strictly limited edition of only 500, this 1:24 scale model has many moving features.
