This beautifully made knitwear hails from the west coast of Ireland, where in winter the Atlantic winds and waves batter incessantly, but the fishermen have little choice but go to sea. The quality is as you’d expect from a place where warmth can be a matter of life or death.
 
The traditional patterns have been passed down the generations, and fused with a touch of modern style. And the luxury yarn is soft-to-touch, but hardwearing; a mixture of 80% wool and 20% alpaca, spun in Donegal.
