The authenticity of this 1:16 scale Sopwith Camel model is remarkable, from the many hundreds of laser-cut birch and basswood components that go into the ribs and fuselage, to the miniaturised Clerget 9-B rotary engine, assembled from over 70 precision-cast Britannia metal parts.

Once finished, the Sopwith Camel is a spectacular display model, with the airframe left open to display the intricacies of construction and incredible interior detail.
