The concept of fresh crusty bread dipped in good quality oil has to be one of the simplest culinary pleasures (visit any Mediterranean restaurant), and is an incredibly quick starter to prepare.

This special plate has plenty of space for the bread, and a recessed area for your favourite oil. The optional dipping oils (see ref:91672 and 91673 below) are the easiest way to start out, and their flavours will soon inspire you to create your own concoctions.
