Baked Brie (“the cheese of royalty” until the French Revolution) is a delightfully decadent dish, and incredibly simple to make with this dedicated-to-the-cause oven pot. Just remove the top rind, spread over with a fruit compote if you’re after real extravagance, place in the baker and cook in the oven for 15 mins. Serve with chunks of baguette or crackers – délicieux!
