This candle lantern shields the flame from wind and rain, and telescopes down to store in half the height, protecting the wick and glass inside a metal tube. Included in the carry case are spare candles and mosquito-repelling tablets which can be placed in a holder on top of the lamp when needed (the heat melts them).
