David Bell

David C Bell was born in Lincolnshire. After attending Trinity House Navigation School in Hull, David Bell embarked upon a career at sea as a navigating cadet in the Merchant Navy. Having spent time at sea drawing and painting he felt his true course in life was to paint full-time. So, after nine years sailing around the world as a ship's navigator, he left the sea to become an art student. After gaining a B.A. in Art David Bell set about fulfilling his ambition as a Marine Artist.

Table Mats

We love these mats, but are unable to keep them pristine, as the picture gets easily marked and colour comes away. I would love to buy new ones if there is a way to toughen them so the pictures stay complete, even if I have to pay to do so. can your manufacturer fprovide a means of doing this, or suggest where we could send new ones, if I was to buy them, so I could keep them long term.
