Details
The ‘Bridge’ instruments measure 7" across (dial diameter 4.5"), with a depth of 2.5", making them well suited to a large yacht’s bridge or the saloon of a mid-range vessel. Available chrome plated for those seeking a more contemporary look.

Quartz Movement
Quartz (silicon dioxide) crystals possess the remarkable property of oscillating at a very regular and predictable frequency when subjected to an electrical current. The first commercially available clocks to exploit this appeared in the late 1920s, and went on to supersede mechanical movements thanks to their accuracy and reduced need for maintenance.

Tide Clock
Tide clocks provide an at-a-glance indication by means of an additional hand that takes approximately 12 hours and 25 minutes to go 'round the clock'. Because the lunar cycle varies in length day by day, but is constant over a cycle of 28 days, there will be times when the tide indicator varies by a few minutes ahead of or behind the actual tides.

Chrome Plated
Chromium plating is an electroplating technique to apply a thin layer of chromium onto a metal object to provide a resistance to corrosion and make cleaning easier as well as for decorative effect.
