Lots of products are advertised 'for people going places'. This is for people who like getting there. It's an off-the-beaten-track piece of kit that packs a host of functions into its compact dimensions. Most obvious is the digital compass.
This features degree, north-point arrow and cardinal point readings with a range of -0° to 359°. And the declination angle is adjustable for regions with magnetic variation. Once set on the straight and narrow, the altimeter gives your altitude in either feet or metres while the barometer displays pressure in hpa, mmHG or in HG.
In addition you can check the weather via a series of icons, the time and date as well as temperature in °C or °F. Slung on a nylon lanyard it's powered by 2xCR2032 batteries.
Size 2 x 4.5".
