Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Shop with Confidence – Wrong size or colour, not as you expected it, or simply changed your mind? No problem, just return the item to us within 90 days and we will exchange it for an alternative or refund you.
Just return the item to us within 90 days of receiving it. It should be unused (you can try clothing/shoes on indoors though) and returned in its original packaging including all accessories and instructions, along with your proof of purchase. Your order will include all the necessary paperwork and instructions - simply fill in the form, attach the address label, and return to us at any post office (please ensure you obtain proof of postage). We do not cover the cost of returning the item to us, but will send exchanged goods post-free. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalised items unless they are faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, please call us and we will advise the best course of action.
On the rare occasion that goods develop a manufacturing fault during use and within a reasonable period (typically up to 12 months), please contact us to discuss the issues. We will then advise on the best course of action with a view to arrange repair. If it cannot be repaired we will look to replace it if possible.
